Tour Schedule

Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive around the alkaline lake, famous for flamingos, rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and rich birdlife. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Nakuru.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the vast savannahs, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of plains game. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives, or an optional full-day safari with a picnic lunch. Enjoy exceptional wildlife viewing in one of Africa’s most iconic reserves. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.

Day 4: Masai Mara – Fly to Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight from the Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park, crossing into Tanzania. Upon arrival, meet your guide and enjoy a game drive en route to your camp. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, exploring its endless plains and tracking predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, alongside vast herds of wildebeest and zebra (seasonal). All meals and overnight at your lodge or camp.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Another full day in the Serengeti allows you to explore different regions of the park. Your guide will tailor the day to wildlife movements for optimal sightings. Optional activities such as a hot air balloon safari may be available. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, enjoying its remarkable density of wildlife within a dramatic volcanic caldera. Later, continue to Tarangire National Park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 8: Tarangire National Park
Spend a full day in Tarangire National Park, renowned for its giant baobab trees, seasonal river, and large elephant herds. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in this beautiful and less-crowded park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.

Day 9: Tarangire – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, prepare for your onward journey to Amboseli. Arrive in the late evening.

Day 10: Amboseli National Park

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast, the Full day is spent in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Later return to the Lodge to relax/swim/rest as you rewind the beautiful moments of the day: you can use Wi-Fi at the lodge lobby to connect with family and friends or upload/download photos and share online. 

Day 11: Amboseli – Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Amboseli, taking in the wildlife against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon, marking the end of your 11-day East African safari adventure.
